However, due to the nature of creative work, we do not offer refunds once a project has been initiated.Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis if the project has not progressed beyond the initial consultation or if no deliverables have been provided. Terms of Service
By engaging with Headhike Creative, you agree to the following terms of service:

We provide branding, marketing, and licensing services tailored to your needs. Deliverables will be outlined in a written agreement or project scope document.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment terms, including deposits and final payments, will be detailed in your project agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Intellectual Property:
Ownership of design files and licensed artwork will be transferred upon receipt of full payment. Headhike Creative retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

4. Refunds and Cancellations:
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Projects canceled by the client after initiation are subject to fees for work already completed.

5. Limitation of Liability:
Headhike Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
